CT77 Terms and Conditions

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and CT77 ("we", "us", "the Platform"), operated at ct77.vin. By accessing the CT77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the CT77 platform. CT77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will flag material changes on the platform when they occur.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players accessing CT77 from Pakistan. All currency references in these Terms are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use CT77 you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed CT77 account under any name or identity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information including your real name, valid mobile number and date of birth.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a CT77 employee.

CT77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a CNIC copy, utility bill or bank statement — at any point during the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in account restriction or closure.

You may only maintain one CT77 account. Registering multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, different mobile numbers or via different devices — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed. Any balance held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your CT77 account credentials — username, password and any security codes — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. CT77 will never ask you for your full password through any channel.

Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else or that your credentials have been compromised, contact CT77 support immediately through live chat so steps can be taken to secure your account.

CT77 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-step verification options. Do not use the same password for CT77 that you use for your mobile wallet or banking apps.

04 Deposits & Payments

CT77 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, mobile wallets and debit or credit cards. All deposit methods available to you will be shown in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. CT77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets or payment methods belonging to someone else. Depositing from an account not in your name is a breach of these Terms and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.

CT77 does not charge a fee for deposits on its side. Any charges applied by your mobile wallet provider, bank or card issuer are outside CT77's control and are the player's responsibility.

• Minimum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in your CT77 balance within one to two minutes.
• Bank transfer and Raast deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable timeframe, contact live support with your transaction reference number.

CT77 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit where there is a discrepancy between the deposited amount and what was credited, or where fraud is suspected.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the cashier section of your CT77 account. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit where this is technically possible.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, CT77 may require identity verification including a copy of your CNIC or other documents. This is standard practice to protect players from fraud and to verify account ownership. CT77 will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that is not registered in the account holder's name.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the CT77 finance team during processing hours.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the timelines published on the Withdrawal page.
• Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.
• CT77 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges from your wallet or bank are outside CT77's control.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier.

If you have an active bonus balance, wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Your real-money balance is not affected by bonus wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

CT77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal limits — which are published in full on the Promotions page.

By claiming a bonus you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of that specific promotion. Key rules that apply across all CT77 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated on the promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days depending on the offer.
• Bonus balances are used after your real-money balance is exhausted, unless a promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may have minimum odds restrictions on sports betting offers.
• CT77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings if abuse is detected.
• Coordinated bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using CT77 funds — will result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

CT77 will not reinstate expired bonuses or extend wagering deadlines except in exceptional circumstances at management's sole discretion. If you are unsure whether a particular betting strategy complies with bonus terms, contact support before proceeding.

07 Sports Betting Rules

CT77's sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on CT77.

• All bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed and accepted by CT77.
• CT77 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by data errors, incorrect odds or obvious pricing mistakes. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. CT77 is not liable for bets placed on markets where results were already known at the time of placement due to live stream delays.
• For cricket: in the event a match is abandoned or reduced by rain/weather, settlement rules follow the standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable, or dead heat rules where multiple outcomes are involved.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement. CT77 reserves the right to limit bet amounts on specific markets at its discretion.
• Bets placed after a match or event has concluded — due to a system delay, network issue or any other reason — will be voided and stakes returned.

CT77 promotes responsible sports betting. Betting should be treated as entertainment. Never bet more than your personal budget allows and avoid chasing losses, particularly during live in-play cricket markets.

08 Casino & Game Rules

CT77's casino lobby includes slots, live casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette and game show titles), crash games and table games. All games are supplied by third-party studios with certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and independently audited RTPs.

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified RNG technology. CT77 does not influence game results.
• Game RTPs are published in each game's information panel within the lobby. If you cannot see an RTP, contact support and we will provide it.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set by the game studio and displayed within each game. CT77 may apply additional limits on certain games for specific player tiers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the game server. CT77 is not responsible for losses caused by the player's internet connection dropping mid-round.
• If a game malfunctions — software error, display error or any failure that prevents a round from completing normally — that round will be voided and your stake returned.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from studio environments. CT77 is not responsible for studio-side technical issues that cause stream interruptions.

09 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

CT77 operates on the principle that every player competes fairly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban:

• Using bots, automated scripts, software tools or any form of artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or the betting platform to gain an advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any multi-player game environment.
• Coordinating with other accounts to abuse bonuses, promotions or referral schemes.
• Attempting to launder money or use CT77 for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or documents during verification.
• Attempting to access CT77 systems, databases or networks without authorisation.

CT77's security and fraud teams actively monitor accounts for patterns consistent with the above. Decisions on account suspension due to suspected prohibited conduct are made by CT77 management and may not be appealed through normal support channels. CT77 reserves the right to withhold winnings pending investigation of any suspected breach.

10 Responsible Gaming

CT77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Online gaming and sports betting are forms of entertainment — they carry financial risk and should never be used as a method to earn income or to recover financial losses.

CT77 provides the following responsible gaming tools within every account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set number of hours of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Optional pop-ups that remind you how long you have been playing and your net session result.

11 Privacy & Data

CT77 collects and processes personal data — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, payment details and gaming activity — for the purpose of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity, preventing fraud and complying with applicable record-keeping requirements.

CT77 does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data may be shared with game studios and payment providers where necessary to deliver services, and with fraud prevention services where required to protect the platform and its players.

All data is stored with appropriate encryption. You have the right to request a copy of the data CT77 holds on you, and to request deletion of your account and associated data subject to any legal retention requirements. To make such a request, contact CT77 support via live chat.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

CT77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• Player self-exclusion request.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Players will be notified before any dormancy charges are applied.

You may close your account at any time by contacting CT77 support via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method. Closure requests are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.

13 Limitation of Liability

CT77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain uptime and game integrity, CT77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime or third-party service outages may temporarily affect access.

To the fullest extent permitted, CT77 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, game disconnections or delays in bet settlement caused by technical issues beyond CT77's control.
• Losses caused by a player's own internet connection, device failure or network issues.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from use of the CT77 platform.
• The content, accuracy or availability of any third-party game studio's software.

Nothing in these Terms limits CT77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. CT77's total liability to any player in respect of any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Changes to These Terms

CT77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will display a notice on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you continue to use CT77 after updated Terms have been posted, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
